 Kapiti coast including Levin and Otaki, Palmerston north, whanganui, Hamilton,Auckland are an overnight service. We deliver to all of the North Island subject to rural areas. If for any reason, there is any unforeseen delay in your delivery you will be notified right away.

 

  Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are not happy with our gift you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

 

Terrariums must be returned within 5 days of delivery, We are not liable for any negative consequences that may have resulted from implementing any information covered in our guidelines.

 

Substitution possibly

If a gift or flower arrangement is unavailable (Including flower colour) your gift or flowers will be substituted for another item of equal or more value. You would be notified of any substitution's to discuss another option you are happy with, But if in the event we are unable to contact you to discuss a substitution the gift will be delivery on the requested date with a appropriate substitution.
